We program PLCs, supervisory systems and more, taking them to the highest level of connectivity and integration.
After meeting with the customer to understand how the installation should operate, our programmers develop the control software needed for the automated system to work correctly.
We program all types of PLCs, SCADA systems and touchscreens from Siemens, Schneider, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff and many other brands.
We perform all necessary software tests in our laboratory, using PLCs and screens from different manufacturers to simulate and verify sequences, communications, operation and any other issues that arise.
Once programming is complete, our technicians visit the customer to check every connection to the cabinet and field devices, including motors, sensors and actuators.
Then comes the real test: commissioning the process. Under the end customer’s supervision and approval, we verify that everything works correctly and that the installation operates and produces as intended while maintaining all safety measures. Any necessary changes and adjustments are made on site.
