All our panels are manufactured in accordance with CE requirements, Spain’s Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT), all applicable industry standards and, where relevant, each end customer’s own specifications.
We are also approved by Underwriters Laboratories as an authorised manufacturer and hold our own UL File for electrical cabinet manufacturing. Our staff have successfully passed the official UL examination to qualify as MTRs (Manufacturers Technical Representatives). We are therefore trained and authorised to meet US and Canadian requirements, as well as those of other countries that adopt UL standards.
At MAVE Ingenieros, we use the latest technologies to develop our electrical projects.
We use several types of schematic design software, most commonly EPLAN Electric, always kept up to date.
In close contact with the customer, we develop a bespoke electrical project that produces the diagrams needed to manufacture the cabinets and install them correctly on site. All electrical diagrams comply with the applicable standards.
Continuous feedback between the workshop and engineering department ensures that any changes or errors identified during manufacturing are corrected and reflected in the final diagrams delivered to the customer.
EPLAN offers integrated electrical engineering solutions
EPLAN is a specialised tool for creating electrical drawings for machines and industrial plant systems. It enables fast, intuitive creation of power, control and PLC diagrams, uses macro technology to automate engineering processes and standardise designs, and manages a parts database so specific components—such as switches, contactors and relays—can be assigned to project symbols. Cross-references between project sheets make any component easy to locate.
