Our production process
Once the engineering design is fully defined, the electrical drawings are sent to the workshop for manufacturing.
As mentioned earlier, at MAVE we have always believed in locating the engineering office alongside the workshop. This ensures continuous communication between technicians and electrical designers. It prevents assembly errors and allows drawings and diagrams to be refined so that they fully reflect the cabinet as delivered. Every manufacturing stage—machining, component assembly, wiring and more—is specified by the engineering office and checked by the person responsible for the design.
All projects, diagrams and cabinets produced by MAVE Ingenieros comply strictly with the standards of the destination country. Our workshop staff therefore receive ongoing information and training on the applicable standards, including CE, UL and CSA.
Testing protocol
Workshop staff and the electrical designer test and simulate the entire cabinet, checking every wire and installed device and verifying compliance with standards. This ensures what matters most: that the cabinet functions correctly.
We go further, carefully checking appearance and cleanliness to make the finished product visually impeccable too.
The testing protocol includes every checkpoint required for our products to bear the relevant certification mark.
